April is National Cancer Control Month

ICRF is currently supporting several projects in the areas of cancer treatment. Meet one of the currently funded researchers below:

Sol Efroni, PhD, an ICRF Len & Susan Mark Initiative for Ovarian and Uterine/MMMT Cancers grantee at Bar-Ilan University, who is studying early detection of ovarian cancer using a blood sample. He is now hoping to apply his findings to samples from ovarian cancer patients, with the aim of achieving early detection of ovarian cancer and treating patients surgically at an earlier stage of the disease.
