Donald Moffat is a Court Certified Sommelier who studied and worked under Master Sommelier Paolo Barbieri at Scarpetta and DOCG in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for three years. After relocating to Washington, DC, he transitioned into the fine wine wholesale industry, working for Vinifera Imports for six and half years. Since 2019, he has been a private client consultant at Zachys, helping collectors curate and fine rare gems for their cellars.
