Join Israel Cancer Research Fund in funding the future of cancer research this Giving Tuesday on November 29, 2022! Giving Tuesday is an annual global day of giving that strives to unleash a wave of generosity through actions both big and small.

This year, our goal is to raise funds towards a new Research Career Development Award (RCDA) grant.

RCDA grants are awarded to promising early career scientists who have recently established their own laboratories and are on their way to becoming outstanding independent investigators.

Researchers who have begun their careers with RCDA awards have gone on to make significant contributions to cancer science, including Nobel Prize laureate Aaron Ciechanover, MD, DSc; Ronit Satchi-Fainaro, PhD, whose research team developed the first 3D printed model of a living malignant tumor; and Jacob Hanna, MD, PhD, whose creation of a synthetic mouse embryo with beating heart using only skin cells has the potential to regenerate living tissue removed due to cancer or damaged by cancer treatment.

Thanks to a $12,000 matching gift from two generous donors, you can DOUBLE the impact of your donation.

Mort and Eleanor Lowenthal will match up to $2,000 and an anonymous donor will match up to $10,000. Thank you to both families for your support of groundbreaking cancer research in Israel.

Will you please help us reach $25,000 by the end of the day on November 29?

Beyond making a donation, there are many other ways to get involved in Giving Tuesday with ICRF – from launching a fundraiser of your own to simply following us on social media and connecting us with others. A few simple actions can add up in a big way.

No matter how you choose to get involved, your support will help ICRF make an event bigger impact on cancer research, and show that even in this time of uncertainty, we can still do extraordinary things, together.
