Ahinoam Lev-Sagie, MD, Hadassah Medical Center is the recipient of The Brause Family Initiative for Quality of Life Grant. When successful, bone marrow transplants provide long-term care. Unfortunately, complications often arise, resulting in severe gynecological trauma for female patients. Prof. Lev-Sagie is trying to better understand what causes this condition, in order to treat it or prevent it from occurring.
