Dear Friends:

As I step into the role of Chair of the Chicago Chapter of the Israel Cancer Research Fund (ICRF), I am both honored and humbled. This opportunity to lead an organization whose mission I deeply believe in is one I embrace with gratitude and determination. My family’s journey with cancer has profoundly shaped my perspective on the importance of advancing cancer research. It has reinforced my commitment to supporting the groundbreaking work being done by ICRF to bring hope and healing to families around the world.

The resilience and brilliance of Israeli scientists inspire me daily. In a country known for overcoming adversity, these researchers embody innovation, courage, and tenacity. Their contributions to cancer research have already led to critical advancements, and I am confident their work will continue to yield life-saving discoveries. Supporting these scientists is not only a privilege but also a vital step toward a future where cancer is no longer a life-altering diagnosis.

I am passionate about the mission of ICRF and am committed to expanding our impact here in Chicago. Together, we can empower Israeli scientists to achieve even greater breakthroughs, transforming the lives of countless individuals and families. Thank you for joining me in this meaningful journey.

Warm regards,

Rick Wise
